About The Role
About this Position Henkel is looking for a highly experienced and strategic finance professional to join our Adhesive Technologies business as HAT Country Controller Brazil. This role goes beyond traditional controlling responsibilities. We are seeking a strong business partner who can translate financial data into actionable business insights, influence decision-making at senior leadership levels, and contribute to the long-term growth and profitability of the business. The successful candidate will act as the financial sparring partner for the Adhesives business in Brazil, leading financial planning, reporting, performance analysis, governance, and strategic decision support while managing a team of controllers. This position requires a combination of strong controlling expertise, business acumen, leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills. What you´ll do Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management activities for the Adhesives business in Brazil. Coordinate and manage financial statements, business activity reports, annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses. Monitor key financial and operational KPIs, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to improve business performance. Act as a trusted business partner to commercial and operational leaders, supporting strategic and operational decision-making. Translate complex financial and business data into clear messages and recommendations for leadership teams. Identify risks, opportunities, trends, and growth drivers across the business and market environment. Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial controls, governance standards, and external reporting requirements. Drive transparency, accountability, and financial awareness across the organization. Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to controlling processes, reporting tools, automation, and digitalization. Support business transformation projects and strategic initiatives. Manage and develop a team of controllers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, agility, and continuous learning. Build strong partnerships with local and regional stakeholders across Brazil and Latin America.
