About The Role
About Traveloka Traveloka is Southeast Asia's leading travel and lifestyle super-app. We connect tens of millions of travellers across the region with flights, hotels, experiences, financial services, and more — all from a single platform. Since our founding in 2012, we have expanded to eleven markets, processed billions of dollars in transactions, and built one of the most recognised consumer brands in the region. We move fast because the region demands it. Southeast Asia is young, mobile-first, and growing faster than almost anywhere else on earth. We are not transplanting a Western playbook — we are writing a new one, from scratch, for a market that does not look like anywhere else — and we are calling for people who want to be part of that. About the Team Customer Care Product builds the systems that turn Traveloka's promise into resolution. When millions of travelers across eleven markets need to change a flight, fix a hotel booking, or chase a refund, the products you ship decide whether that moment feels effortless or painful. You own the tools, automation, and AI that let care happen at scale — and you measure success in problems solved, not tickets closed. You will sit at the intersection of product, operations, and AI, shipping fast against real Southeast Asian complexity: many languages, many payment rails, many edge cases no Western playbook covers. You like getting close to the messy frontline reality, then designing the workflow or model that makes it disappear. If you want product work where the impact is immediate and human, this is it. About the Job You will own the strategy and execution of a product area, working across engineering, design, and business teams to define the vision and roadmap. You will be responsible for understanding user needs and market dynamics, translating them into clear product requirements and prioritized initiatives that drive measurable impact. You will lead the discovery and validation of new opportunities, making data-informed decisions about what to build and when. You will work closely with stakeholders to align on goals, communicate progress, and adapt the strategy based on learnings and changing business priorities. As an individual contributor at this level, you will be expected to operate with increasing autonomy while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the broader product organization's practices and standards. Job Requirements 3-5 years of product management experience in technology or consumer-facing products Demonstrated ability to define product strategy and roadmaps that deliver business outcomes Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform product decisions Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams Experience working in cross-functional environments with engineering, design, and business partners Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and manage product trade-offs Track record of shipping products or features and measuring their impact Join Us If you have read this far and felt something click — the problem, the scale, the moment — we would like to hear from you. We review every application. If your background is a strong fit, you will hear from us within 5 business days. We are building the kind of company where strong people choose to stay because the work keeps getting bigger and better. If that is what you are looking for, apply.
