HWF (Issuing Supervisor)

Responsibilities： 1.Oversee the daily issuing of materials, products, tools, and supplies from the warehouse. 2.Ensure items are issued accurately and according to approved requests. 3.Coordinate the work of warehouse issuing staff. 4.Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory records. 5.Verify quantities before materials leave the warehouse. 6.Investigate and report stock discrepancies, shortages, or excesses. 7.Ensure proper stock rotation, such as FIFO where applicable. 8.Ensure all issues are supported by approved requisitions, sales orders, or other authorized documents. 9.Maintain accurate issue records and update inventory systems. 10.Assign duties and supervise warehouse issuing personnel. 11.Train employees on warehouse procedures, safety requirements, and proper material-handling practices. 12.Enforce warehouse safety procedures and the proper use of PPE. 13.Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly issuing and stock reports. 14.Identify ways to improve issuing procedures, accuracy, turnaround time, and warehouse efficiency. 15.Participate in stock counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation exercises. Qualification： Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics and Statistics, Business Administration or any related Field Good knowledge of warehouse and inventory management procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of stock-taking, reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO, and inventory control. Understanding of health, safety, and warehouse security procedures. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage warehouse staff. Good planning, organizing, and time-management skills. Ability to delegate tasks and monitor employee performance. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Honest, reliable, and accountable. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Physically fit enough for a warehouse environment where required. Experience with barcode scanners, inventory systems
