  1. 供应链全流程管理：主导从供应商选择、评估到日常管理的全流程追踪与跟进，建立并维护供应商资源库，保障供应体系稳定可靠；
  2. 成本管控与议价谈判：承接成本目标，通过议价谈判、比价分析及条款优化等方式控制整体运营成本，持续提升利润空间；
  3. 运营合规保障：确保采购全流程符合公司及国家相关法律法规要求，保障采购活动的合规性，防范供应链与运营风险。
  1. 教育背景与专业知识：全日制本科及以上学历，管理类、财务类、供应链管理类等相关专业优先；
  2. 行业与专业经验：3年以上相关采购或供应链管理工作经验；在文创创意及文化服务策划行业有相关工作经验者优先。
