JOB DESCRIPTION FORM Department: IT Operations Role : Database L2 Function: Systems, Cloud, Database Location: Panvel Reports To: Lead - Database Designation: Executive – Assistant Manager Leadership Type: Tactical Supervises: Nil Job Scope: The Team Member Database – L2 will be responsible for Managing multiple Oracle, MS SQL and MySQL databases. Job Responsibilities · Attending MACD tickets · Updating Customers/internal stakeholders · Routine Checklist · Inventory update · Follow & commit with Yotta’s Policy statements (eg. QMS/EMS/OHS/ISMS/PIMS/ITSM / BCMS / EnMS etc.) · Undertake applicable training as communicated from time to time. · Understand the organization’s expectations towards all management systems the company is certified for. · Participation in Risk assessment process, contribute in achieving departmental & management system objectives. · Adhere to confidentiality policy to safeguard sensitive company information, maintain trust with clients and partners, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. · Perform their duties in the event of emergency as per roles in ERP/BCMS plan. · Assist in maintaining PIMS controls throughout personal data lifecycle.
