About The Role

Barista - Full-Time & Part-Time SPAR Catherine Street is seeking friendly and enthusiastic Baristas to join our café team on a Full-Time and Part-Time basis. The successful candidate will prepare and serve quality beverages, provide excellent customer service, and help maintain a clean and welcoming café environment in a fast-paced setting. Prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold beverages Deliver excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the café and work areas Maintain high standards of merchandising, stock presentation, and product availability Monitor stock levels and report shortages as required Follow all food safety, HACCP, and Health & Safety procedures Work effectively as part of a team to create a positive customer experience If you are passionate about coffee, enjoy delivering excellent customer service, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.

Previous Barista or customer service experience is desirable Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude Ability to work as part of a team Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends Maintain high standards of product merchandising, stock presentation, and store cleanliness Ensure compliance with all HACCP, food safety, and Health & Safety procedures
