Senior Manager - Business Human Resources

Job Description - Sr. Manager - Business Human Resources Act as HRBP for warehouse operations, partnering closely with Operations Managers and Shift In-charges Manage end-to-end lifecycle of blue-collar and white-collar employees (hiring, onboarding, engagement, exit) Support bulk hiring and workforce planning in coordination with Talent Acquisition Drive attendance, shift management, and manpower productivity tracking Handle employee relations, shop-floor grievances, and disciplinary actions Ensure statutory compliance (labor laws, contractor compliance, audits, documentation) Manage contract labor workforce including vendor coordination and compliance tracking Drive employee engagement initiatives for warehouse staff (retention-focused programs) Monitor attrition trends and implement retention strategies for frontline workforce Support payroll inputs, attendance validation, and coordination with payroll team Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and workplace policies in line with warehouse standards Conduct HR audits and maintain HR documentation for compliance readiness Workforce planning & bulk hiring for warehouse operations Blue-collar workforce & contract labor management Statutory compliance & audit handling Employee relations & grievance resolution (shop-floor) Attendance, shift & manpower management Payroll inputs validation & coordination Attrition control & retention initiatives Vendor/consultant coordination MIS reporting & data analysis (Excel/HRMS)
