Property Field Inspector – Darlington County / Hartsville Area

National Mortgage Field Services is looking for a dependable local contractor to complete property inspections and field-service assignments throughout Darlington County, including Hartsville and surrounding communities.

Available assignments may include exterior property inspections, occupancy checks, contact-attempt assignments, property-condition inspections, and other straightforward field-service work. The work generally involves visiting assigned properties, taking required photos, documenting basic property or occupancy information, and submitting results through a mobile app.

This is flexible 1099 field work that you complete on your own schedule. No prior property inspection experience is required. We provide the training you need to get started.

What You’ll Do

Drive to assigned residential properties in your local area.
Take required property photos using your smartphone.
Report basic property-condition and occupancy information.
Complete contact attempts or other simple field tasks when required.
Submit completed assignments through a mobile app.
Most assignments are brief property visits and can often be completed in just a few minutes once you become familiar with the process.
