We are looking for an experienced Commis 2 – Samosa Maker to join the kitchen team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience preparing different varieties of samosas and other Indian snacks while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. Key Responsibilities Prepare and produce different types of samosas according to standard recipes. Prepare samosa fillings, dough, wrappers, and other required ingredients. Ensure proper portioning, shaping, stuffing, sealing, and frying/baking of samosas. Maintain consistency in taste, texture, size, and presentation. Assist senior chefs and kitchen staff with daily food preparation. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Store ingredients properly and monitor freshness and quality. Minimize food wastage and follow proper stock-handling procedures. Support the kitchen team during high-volume production periods. Perform other kitchen duties assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor. Requirements Previous experience as a Samosa Maker, Commis 2, Commis Chef, Indian Snack Maker, or similar role . Strong practical knowledge of samosa preparation and Indian snacks. Ability to prepare samosas in large quantities while maintaining consistent quality. Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Good teamwork and communication skills. Physically fit and able to work for extended periods in a kitchen environment. Candidates with experience in Indian restaurants, catering, hotels, QSRs, or food production kitchens will be preferred.
