RESPONSIBILITIES Checking work activities to ensure compliance with the Act and the Regulations made thereunder are complied with. Maintains a written log of safety inspection activities, reports, and correspondence. Prepare safety report/statistics and manhours report. Preparing and submitting reports, plans, and other documents related to HSE matters. Conducts safety meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, identify corrective action and implement follow-up. Ensure toolbox talk is conducted at site and other locations, where appropriate. Communicate, coach and assist the employee to ensure that all safety expectations are understood and met. Inspect and rectify any unsafe conditions and unsafe practices. Ensure all incidents are reported immediately. Participate in and assist Project Management Team and Investigation Team in the investigation of incidents to determine root cause, and corrective actions where necessary. Regularly review and be familiar with all applicable legislation and applicable standards, to ensure compliance Up to date with Client safety requirement and communicated to the Project Manager, Engineer and Supervisor Maintaining liaison with relevant authorities and interested parties related to HSE. Follow all company rules and regulations and understand all company policies, procedures, and work instructions.
