You'll work alongside talented engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to solve complex challenges, improve system reliability, and build technology that drives meaningful business impact. As a Software Development Engineer (CS, Return, Loyalty), you'll contribute to the development and enhancement of Customer Service, Returns, and Loyalty platforms that support Blibli and Tiket's growing ecosystem. You'll be involved throughout the software development lifecycle, from technical design and implementation to testing, deployment, and optimization, while helping shape scalable and maintainable solutions for the future. What We'll Work on Together Build and maintain scalable applications for Customer Service, Return, and Loyalty platforms. Develop backend services, APIs, and system integrations using Java Spring Framework, while supporting frontend development using Vue.js. Participate in the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Improve system performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability through continuous optimization and engineering best practices. Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution to ensure system stability and service availability. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders in an Agile Scrum environment. Contribute to both development and testing activities to ensure high-quality software delivery. Leverage modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and development efficiency. Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field. This role is open for Fresh Graduates or up to 2 Years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and system design. Hands-on experience with Java Spring Framework / Spring Boot and Vue.Js. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and debugging techniques. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate within a team environment. Willingness to learn, take ownership, and proactively contribute to engineering initiatives.
