Your primary responsibility is to transform high-level creative briefs into actionable project plans, overseeing the design team from conceptualization to final delivery. You serve as the guardian of visual quality, ensuring every asset produced is not only aesthetically superior but also perfectly aligned with strategic project requirements. By managing timelines, budgets, and creative resources, you maintain a high-velocity production environment while providing the technical mentorship and feedback necessary to elevate the skills of your design team. Responsibilities: Improve the Graphic Design Supervisor in managing the graphic design team. Coordinate design projects from start to finish, ensuring that deadlines are met and projects are completed to a high standard. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Ensure that designs are visually appealing, consistent, and meet project requirements. Review and provide feedback on design work created by team members. Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) Years of experience: 4–5 Technical skill: Creative workflow management Advanced design critique & art direction Budget & resource forecasting Design operations (DesOps) Expert stakeholder communication. Additional requirement: Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of creative professionals Expertise in identifying and resolving production bottlenecks Strong negotiation skills for vendor and budget management Deep understanding of multi-channel marketing requirements (ATL/BTL/Digital) The ability to maintain brand integrity across complex Large-scale campaigns.
