About The Role

We are seeking a hands-on professional who enjoys connecting with people and being present where business happens—in stores, with sales teams, and on the road. This is not a strategic or senior management position . It is a practical, relationship-driven field role requiring energy, mobility, initiative, and a strong customer-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities: Visit approximately 80 specialized flooring/interior finishing retail outlets and 60 DIY stores across Romania; Ensure proper placement, maintenance, and visibility of product displays and promotional materials; Identify and prospect new retail locations for display placement and future business opportunities; Deliver practical product training sessions to store sales staff, focusing on: Product knowledge; Key selling points; Display standards and maintenance; Customer recommendation techniques; Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail sales personnel and distributor partners; Monitor and report market developments, competitor activities, store conditions, and customer feedback; Act as the local brand ambassador , driving product awareness and engagement at point of sale. Candidate Profile: Must-Have Requirements: Based in Bucharest; Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Romania on a daily basis; Fluent in English (spoken and written); Valid Category B driving license; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in the field. Preferred Experience: Experience in retail, sales support, merchandising, field sales, product training, or customer-facing roles; Exposure to flooring, tiles, interior finishing products, building materials, DIY retail, home improvement, or related industries; Experience working directly with store personnel or retail networks is a plus.
