International Account Executive – CEE

goFLUENT is offering an exciting opportunity for a B2B Account Executive who thrives in an innovative, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do

Develop our Eastern Europe territory by prospecting clients, identifying the decision makers, providing proposals and closing meetings.

Qualify and understand your prospects’ business-critical issues, challenge conventional learning approaches, and lead sales conversations to articulate the business impact goFLUENT brings to an organization.

Develop compelling business cases that demonstrate ROI for goFLUENT solutions.
-
Build consultative relationships with influencers, stakeholders, and decision-makers from your key client accounts.

Work and collaborate with our experienced Business Development, Marketing and Customer Success Teams to successfully close high potential deals.

Participate in exhibitions and events.
-
Travel to customer sites within your territory to support your sales efforts.
What You’ll Need

Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales. Good to have SaaS and international experience.

Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of prospect organizations, including senior managers and the C-suite.

Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Team player, self-motivated to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.
-
Proactive, personable, hard-working and easily adaptable.
-
Active on social media in a business context. Experience using LinkedIn.
-
Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR services industry is definitely a plus.

C1 English level.
-
Bilingual/fluent in Polish or Romanian.
