  • Use validated outcome measures (CORE-10, PHQ-9, GAD-7, K10, ORS, SRS, WSAS) to guide treatment and track progress.
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical case notes, and connect clients to relevant referral pathways as a clinical decision.

Capacity to travel to onsite locations on short notice, including overnight stays where required

What you'll need in place

Professional indemnity insurance ($10M AUD per claim) and public liability insurance ($20M AUD), current and including telehealth cover

Current practising certificate and accreditation certificate (AHPRA, PACFA, ACA, or AASW)

A private practice space, and your own practice management system with capacity to record sessions on our affiliate platform

Working knowledge of the Privacy Act 1988 and Australian Privacy Principles, and of your profession's code of conduct or ethics

Broader working knowledge to support safe, evidence-based care — including relevant state Mental Health Act and mandatory reporting obligations, WHS requirements for on-site work, and clinical frameworks such as structured risk assessment, trauma-informed care, and scope-of-practice / escalation pathways
