Take your next step and support us as a Supplier Quality Engineer. DESCRIPTION Document management, project tracking, information consolidation, and monitoring of actions implemented by suppliers.​ Preparation of executive reports.​ Ensuring the availability of reliable and timely information for decision-making and the achievement of project objectives.​ Monitoring compliance with deliverables, activities, and deadlines for assigned projects. Consolidate, validate, and update information from suppliers and internal departments to prepare progress reports.​ Provide documentation support during meetings by recording agreements, commitments, risks, and deviations.​ Prepare meeting minutes, executive reports, and follow-up presentations to communicate project results and status.​ Develop and maintain dashboards, indicators, control tools, and other corporate applications.​ Conduct follow-up visits to suppliers to verify the implementation of actions previously defined by Supplier Quality specialists.​ Collect and document objective evidence related to the progress and compliance of supplier actions.​ Identify, record, and promptly report deviations, non-compliance, or risks detected during follow-up activities.​ Provide administrative and analytical support to the Quality and Purchasing department, contributing to the continuous improvement of monitoring, document control, and information management processes.​ REQUIREMENTS Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related fields. 1 year of experience in the automotive industry At least 6 months of experience in supplier quality Knowledge of IATF 16949 Knowledge of process/product audits Basic knowledge of Core Tools (especially APQP and PPAP)​ Fluent English 1 year contract MAKING IMPOSSIBLE THINGS POSSIBLE WITH YOU JazzHr Privacy Policy <https://www.jazzhr.com/privacy-policy/>
