📍 Location: La Plata County Jail – CO
🩺 Position: Full-Time RN or LPN – Day Shift
⏰ Schedule: 3 – 12-Hour Shifts

In this role, you’ll provide quality patient care while helping support the health and well-being of an underserved population. Your responsibilities may include:
Providing hands-on nursing care and monitoring patient conditions
Performing assessments and recognizing changes in patient status
Administering medications according to established standards and protocols
Responding to urgent and emergency medical needs
Documenting patient care accurately and thoroughly
Collaborating with providers and the healthcare team on treatment plans
Using sound clinical judgment while working within your State Scope of Practice and SHP guidelines
