About The Role

DescriptionJOB PURPOSE

Supports the maintenance department and its team members by performing routine maintenance, repair, and project-related tasks under direct supervision. Helps ensure facilities, equipment, and fixtures are maintained in safe, functional, and presentable condition.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists with installation, maintenance, and repair work related to carpentry, masonry, basic electrical, and refrigeration systems.

Constructs and repairs fixtures and structures using appropriate tools and materials (e.g., fastening, joining, painting, finishing, and applying cement or concrete as needed).

Cleans, services, and performs basic upkeep on electrical and refrigeration equipment as assigned.

Maintains work areas in a clean and safe condition and follows all safety procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

QualificationsEDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Able to read and speak in English.
Must be able to uphold our company’s mission statement.
Strong Communication Skills.
Ability to Work under Limited Supervision.
Prior experience in refrigeration, maintenance, or related trade work is preferred but not required.
