Human Resources Intern

This internship is designed to give you hands-on exposure to the day-to-day work that keeps a company running—from hiring and onboarding to compliance and employee support.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an HR Intern, you’ll be involved in meaningful work that supports our employees and HR team. You’ll:

Help organize and maintain employee records
Support our hiring process by reviewing application reviews and participating in interviews
Assist with onboarding by creating welcome packets and documentation
Collect and verify new hire paperwork
Track important compliance documents (including I-9s and related forms)
Assist with employee questions and day-to-day HR needs
Jump in on additional projects and tasks to gain well-rounded HR experience

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear and professional communication
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Comfort using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Who This Internship Is For

Students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related field
Recent graduates continuing into a Master’s program will also be considered
Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
HR-related coursework is a plus

Physical Requirements

Primarily desk-based work with extended computer use
