Job Title: Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute automotive components to service technicians efficiently
• Maintain organized and well-stocked inventory within the parts department
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to final billing
• Process special order requests for non-stock items required by clients
• Provide updates to customers on order status and arrival notifications
• Contribute to overall inventory management and organization efforts
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with colleagues and patrons
• Adhere to all legal and industry-specific regulatory standards
• Perform various other tasks as assigned to support operations

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• People focused with a positive attitude
• Committed to providing world-class customer service
• Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, fun environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong work ethic
• Proficient technology and computer skills
• Valid Driver's License and a good driving record
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Experience with auto parts sales preferred
• Professional appearance
