QualificationsOur Swim Instructors enjoy

• Premium wage of $50 per hour when teaching Private Lessons outside of our advertised schedule! We call these “Flex Private Lessons”.
• Evening and weekend hours

Salary

• $50/hr for Flex Private Lessons
• $32/hr for Private Lessons
• $15.50/hr for Group Lessons

Description

• Teach children of all ages and ability levels swimming skills
• Provide basic customer service
• Complete student report cards
• Set up and clean up before and after lessons

Qualifications

• Ability and desire to work with children
• Basic swimming skills
• Friendly personality
• Paid Starfish Swim Lesson Instructor training & certification will be provided upon hiring

Availability

• Flexible schedule available
• Weekday evening hours from 4pm-7pm
• Morning hours (summer only) 9am-11am
• Weekend hours from 9am-12pm
• Time off for all major holidays
