QualificationsOur Swim Instructors enjoy:

Premium wage of $50 per hour when teaching Private Lessons outside of our advertised schedule! We call these “Flex Private Lessons”.
Evening and weekend hours
Flexible schedule that works for you

Work with kids & teach lifesaving skills!

Salary

$50/hr for Flex Private Lessons
$32/hr for Private Lessons
$15.50/hr for Group Lessons

Description

Teach children of all ages and ability levels swimming skills
Provide basic customer service
Complete student report cards
Set up and clean up before and after lessons

Qualifications

Ability and desire to work with children
Basic swimming skills
Friendly personality
Paid Starfish Swim Lesson Instructor training & certification will be provided upon hiring

Availability

Flexible schedule available
Weekday evening hours from 4pm-7pm
Morning hours (summer only) 9am-11am
Weekend hours from 9am-12pm
Time off for all major holidays
