About The Role

DescriptionHorizon Education Centers Berea location is seeking a caring and dependable Teacher to support our Infant and School Ahe program. In this role, you'll help create a safe, engaging learning environment while working alongside experienced educators to support children's growth and development.

Positions available

School Age Teacher Assistant: Hours are a split shift ($1.00 per hour incentive for split) 7am-9:30am and 1pm-5:30/6pm
Infant Teacher Assistant: hours are 8am until 4:30pm M-F
Classroom Aide Infant Room: hours will vary (average 5 to 6 hours a day)
Classroom Aide Float: for all rooms (Infant/Toddler, Preschool) hours will be 2pm to 6pm or 3pm to 6pm
Pay: $13.75-$15.50/hr

Responsibilities

Assist with daily activities and lesson plans
Supervise and engage children in a safe, positive environment
Support classroom management and meal service
Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff
Maintain records and classroom organization

QualificationsQualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Childcare experience required
Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
Genuine passion for working with children
Ability to pass background checks and lift up to 40 lbs.
