The Used Car Manager at Romeo Auto Group is responsible for overseeing the buying, selling, and trade-in of pre-owned vehicles within our dealership. Regular Saturday availability is expected as part of this position.

Responsibilities

Manage the used car inventory, pricing, and merchandising to maximize sales
Negotiate deals with customers and handle trade-in offers
Monitor market trends and adjust inventory as needed
Train and supervise the used car sales tea

QualificationsRequirements

Prior experience in automotive sales, preferably in the used car market
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Strong knowledge of pricing strategies and market trends
Ability to lead and motivate a team
