The Associate SaaS Operations Engineer is responsible for the successful day-to-day operation of Cotiviti's SaaS services. The role involves coordinating and communicating activity across SaaS operations — including infrastructure maintenance and upgrades, customer-facing incident and service request management, SLA tracking, and new customer onboarding and provisioning.
