Quality Assurance Specialist Fraud

We are looking for a responsible Sr Quality assurance specialist in the Fraud prevention process for Credit card. - The position is complex. This person have to identify opportunity areas, solving problems, propose improvements and communicate with the operation area - The ideal candidate will be a competent person who knows how to inspect quality and give feedback to the process. - He or She will have a thorough knowledge of the processes inherent to the responsibility of the position and will be oriented and focused on results. - The objective will be to ensure that quality monitoring are carried out in a productive manner to ensure the correct fraud detection process.
