Assistant Maintenance Manager - International (m/f)

Assistant Maintenance Manager – International Area (m/f) Location: Lisbon Pestana Hotel Group is recruiting an Assistant Maintenance Manager – International Area , based in Lisbon, to work closely with the Regional Maintenance Manager in supporting, monitoring, and enhancing hotel maintenance operations across its international units. Main Responsibilities: Support the Regional Maintenance Manager in the technical and operational follow-up of the Group’s international units. Oversee maintenance works and technical interventions, ensuring compliance with the standards and procedures defined by the Group. Monitor and coordinate suppliers and external service providers. Assist in identifying technical and operational needs across different hotel units. Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes, as well as to the efficiency and reliability of infrastructures and equipment. Travel internationally whenever required to provide on-site technical and operational support. Candidate Profile: Technical Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering. Diploma holders with strong experience can also be considered. Previous experience in hotel maintenance will be considered an asset. Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience. Availability to be based in Lisbon, with frequent travel across Europe and occasional travel to North and South America. Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory. Knowledge of Italian or French will be considered an advantage. Strong organisational skills, autonomy, sense of responsibility, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
