Finance Analyst - CFP&A Operations LOCATION: Belgrade, Serbia, hybrid Responsibilities: Subject matter expert for NCR Atleos’ GRE and PC Allocations. Preparation of monthly Global Real Estate (GRE) allocations. Administrator monthly GRE preliminary vouchers and quarter-end true-ups. Drive higher data quality in our reporting by identifying issues with the GRE team to understand new and discontinued buildings. Ad-hoc analysis and corrective action for material variances against the annual GRE plan. Finance owner of the monthly PC chargeback allocation. Work with IT to get timely details on new PC purchases and utilization. Construct allocations to allocate usage to the department owners. Track full year PC purchases by department and aid the development of the annual PC budgets. Maintain monthly and quarterly templates and coordinate the consolidated results commentary. Partner with the financial planning community to prepare concise variance analysis against current forecasts, annual Plan and Prior Year results. Basic Qualifications: Graduate with Business, Finance or related degree Minimum 3 years of relevant business experience Proficient in Microsoft applications with advanced Excel skills Strong oral and written communication skills. Understanding the flow of a P&L, and ability to conduct ad hoc inquires using Hyperion Essbase and Power Query Basic accounting knowledge and high-level Chart of Accounts understanding. Ability to analyze data and large data sets is crucial Ability to learn at a rapid pace and desire to learn new technologies Self-starter who can coordinate multiple activities with shifting priorities and tight timeframes Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of financial systems and structures Evidence of ability to document processes clearly and concisely with detail-oriented precision Project Management skills/experience; ability to work across an org chart Anaplan, Data Lake and Essbase experience #LI-NM1 #LI-hybrid Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
