HR Generalist ( Maadi )

• -Managing Full recruitment processes
• -Handling employee relations
• -Assisting with OD initiatives
• -Coordinating employee development & performance cycles
• -Conducting new hire orientations
• -Maintaining HR records & generating HR reports
• -Handle personnel operations and employee records
• -Support payroll preparation and coordination

Requirements

• ◼️2–3 years of experience in HR
• ◼️Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• ◼️Strong knowledge of HR practices and Egyptian labor law
• ◼️Excellent command of English (spoken & written) Is a Must
