HR Director

We’re looking for an experienced HR Director to lead our people strategy, build scalable HR frameworks, and drive organizational growth within a fast-growing company.

Requirements

• 10+ years of HR experience.
• Proven experience in an HR Director / Head of HR / Senior HR Leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, HR Operations, and Organizational Development.
• Proven ability to build HR strategies, systems, and processes from the ground up.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
• SHRM or HRCI certifications are a plus.

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies across all business functions.
• Build and enhance HR policies, procedures, and employee frameworks.
• Design and implement performance management and employee development strategies.
• Drive employee engagement and build a strong company culture.
• Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and business growth.
• Analyze HR metrics and insights to support strategic decision-making.
