Date Posted: 2026-08-05 Country: Singapore Location: SG-01-SINGAPORE-005 B1 ~ 5 Tuas Dr 2 ~ 5 TUAS DR 2-005 B1 Position Role Type: Onsite Responsibilities Assist Engineers with literature research, Design of Experiment, executing trials, Data collection and desktop engineering evaluation to support process improvement, RSA and understanding KPI/ KPO. Execute Engineering business processes improvement - data collections/ col Collect physical, dimensional and laboratory evaluation of repair trials to validate new repair methods and capability, assist Engineers on Repair Source Approval process. Assist engineers in trend reporting and process improvement. Assist to update instruction / write eSOPs. first article inspection (FAI), root cause analysis. Support ongoing investigation and draft investigate report on ongoing/new processes. Support engineers on ongoing projects and task as assigned Learning Outcome CORE System & Methodology Understand Repair Source Approval, development and process troubleshooting process Understand Engineering instruction and Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Requirements Undergraduate to Degree in (Mechanical / Aeronautical / Materials Engineering Good technical problem-solving skills, proactive, takes ownership and hands-on approach Takes interest in engineering competency and project management skills RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
