• About the team: Merchant integration team assist Paytm’s merchant with payment
• products integration. This team helps them to understand the payment solutions and
• assist the merchants with its implementation.
• About the role: For this role an individual will be leading a group of individuals,
• monitoring daily/weekly/monthly progress, coordinating with different internal
• stakeholders payment solution/services.

Expectations/ Requirements

• ● The individual will leading the group of individuals, who will be assisting Paytm’s
• Merchant with the integration of Paytm Payment products.
• ● The individual will be working along with his Team, Paytm Product, Tech, and
• Business Team to understand different product suites and their implementation.
• ● The individual will take ownership of the team, mentor them, handle escalations,
• and cordinate with different teams to get things done.
• ● The individual will take part in meetings/concall with various internal and external
• stakeholders involved in the Paytm payment product integration process, onboarding process and operations process
• ● The individual will be maintaining the regular reports to be published, analysis of
• the data at hands, and presenting the data as per requests
• ● The individual will have to be quick and maintain minimum TAT for him and his
• team
• ● The individual will be responsible for a few operational tasks to manage their daily
• work via different workflow tools
• ● The individual must have a good understanding of IT terminology and concepts with up-to-date technical knowledge and an in-depth understanding of any coding
• language
• ● The individual must have good communications skill and excellent problem-solving skills
• ● The individual must be able to work in a 24*7 environment

• Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role
• ● Knowledge of any language (Ex:-PHP,JAVA,ASP.Net, Python, etc) and
• platform(Android, iOS, Hybrid Apps,Plugins)
• ● Hands-on experience in debugging the issues for the above-mentioned languages
• and platforms
• ● Individuals with experience in platform integrations/Implementation/Solutions
• team for products and services will be preferred but not mandatory
• ● Analytics and presentation skills
• ● Experience in leading people, maintaining the process and enhancing the process
