About The Role

Prepare, review, and revise architectural shop drawings and as-built drawings.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams to resolve design conflicts and ensure smooth implementation.
Review architectural design drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Handle material submittals and ensure materials are approved and meet project requirements.
Provide technical support to site teams and participate in solving on-site design issues.
Ensure that all architectural documentation is accurate, complete, and in line with the contract and codes.
Maintain updated records of architectural changes and revisions.
Follow up on approvals from consultants and authorities as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
4 to 7 years of proven experience in a technical office or architectural engineering role.
Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methods, and finishing standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
Excellent understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
