Middle DevOps Engineer

About The Role

We are looking for two Middle DevOps Engineers to join our team working on a large-scale international IT product. You will be part of engineering team , with opportunities for professional growth, working with a modern technology stack and real high-load infrastructures.

There are two positions with different technical focuses

  • DevOps Engineer with a focus on databases;
  • DevOps Engineer with a focus on CI/CD & Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

  • Building resilient, fault-tolerant infrastructures
  • Scaling infrastructure to handle high loads
  • Setting up build and code delivery processes
  • Automating and optimizing routine tasks
  • Implementing new tools and technologies
  • Supporting and developing database clusters
  • Managing and troubleshooting production Kubernetes clusters, writing Helm charts
  • Participating in on-call duties.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of commercial experience in DevOps
  • Experience managing Linux servers and infrastructure using IaC tools (Ansible, Terraform, or equivalents)
  • GitLab CI: configuring CI/CD pipelines for seamless delivery of Docker containers with Python or Go code
  • Setting up and maintaining database clusters (such as PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, Aerospike, Consul)
  • Working with monitoring and logging systems (e.g., Zabbix, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, ELK, Sentry)
  • Working with containerization: Docker, docker-compose
  • Experience managing and troubleshooting production Kubernetes clusters, writing Helm charts
  • Experience supporting and developing PostgreSQL clusters, understanding of high availability, backups, and replication principles
