About The Role
As Global AP Process Lead within GBS, you will own the end-to-end AP process across markets and outsourced service providers. You will drive the global AP agenda through process standardization, governance, and transformation, ensuring a scalable, efficient, and high-performing AP operating model.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the global AP process strategy, governance, and standards.
- Drive process standardization and harmonization across markets, GBS, and outsourced operations.
- Manage third-party service providers, ensuring strong performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Lead transformation and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, controls, and supplier experience.
- Own AP process performance, risk management, and compliance, partnering with stakeholders to deliver operational excellence.
- Promote a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.
For this role we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related area.
- 10+ years of experience in Accounts Payable within a global, SSC, or GBS environment.
- Strong experience in global process ownership, governance, and standardization.
- Good knowledge of automation, digitalization and emerging technologies.
- Proven track record in leading process transformation, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Experience managing outsourced service providers and delivering performance through effective governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills across functions, regions, and organizational levels.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for operational excellence, simplification, and innovation.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
