You'll support German-speaking Dyson customers and help them get the most out of their products. No need to be a tech expert — full training is provided .

Your day-to-day work will include

Handling customer enquiries via calls, messages and emails
Helping with product questions, troubleshooting and usage
Processing warranties, repairs and replacements
Recommending products based on customer needs
Making sure every customer receives a smooth and positive experience
Working with an international team

Requirements

Strong communication skills in German and English
Good problem-solving and attention to detail

Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required
