Relationship Manager-Banca

Relationship Bancassurance Officer/Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with bank partners to promote and sell insurance products to bank customers. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff. Promote insurance products through the bank's customer network. Identify customer insurance needs and recommend suitable solutions. Achieve sales and revenue targets for bancassurance products. Conduct product training and awareness sessions for bank employees. Support customers throughout the policy purchase process. Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. Prepare sales reports and track business performance.
