About The Role

The Relationship Manager - Affluent will be a key member of our team, responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be the primary point of contact for our affluent clients, providing them with a personalized and seamless banking experience. Your role involves understanding their unique financial needs and goals, and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with affluent clients.
Understand client financial goals and offer tailored solutions.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Stay updated on market trends and financial products to offer relevant advice.
Cross-sell and up-sell bank products and services to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and account management.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for client accounts.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Attend client meetings and events to strengthen relationships.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in relationship management or private banking.
Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth individuals.
Analytical skills to understand client financial needs.
Proficiency in MS Office and banking software.
Strong work ethic and a client-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio of clients.
