Senior Tech/AE1/Tech II

Job Responsibilities: Minimize tester downtime and ensure optimal equipment operation. Perform periodic Design Verification (DV) of testers. Improve test setup ergonomics and operating efficiency through simplification, integration, and automation. Support test yield and testability improvement projects across products. Reduce tester over-rejection and improve tester performance. Monitor tester performance using SPC. Ensure compliance with Safety, ESD, Cleanroom, and Housekeeping requirements. Apply Risk-Based Thinking in task planning and execution. Authorized to stop any tester with quality or safety concerns. Drive continual improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with ISO requirements, company rules, regulations, and applicable codes. Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior. Job Requirement: Education: Diploma of in Electrical/Electronics, ,Computer Engineering or relevant. Experience: At least 1 year of Equipment Maintenance/Testing experience. Candidates without appropriate experience may be accepted by the hiring manager subject to job nature, availability of buddy, duration of learning, etc. Special Skills: With good computer literacy, good communication skill. Experience in testers or equipment configuring and troubleshooting. Experience in tester debug or verification.
