Distribution Planning, Analyst

Job Short Description: - Facilitate in any request for "pull in" shipment from Inside Sales & Planning team. - Facilitate in distribution of daily safety stock activity based on Internal CMI program between Inside Sales, Planning & Shipping team. - Daily review reservation / stage report & pro-actively advise and provide guideline to FG team to take an appropriate action in timely manner. - Involve in QTR End closing and update Risk Assessment Report. - Involve in PI Count audit and support supervisor for adhoc cases. - Plan logistic requirement with FG team during weekends, shutdowns, public holiday & whenever shipping support is needed. - Ensure compliance to Safety, ESD, Clean room and Housekeeping guidelines. - Provide support to superior / reporting manager for any new task given.
