3rd Shift Fiber Draw Technician

Job Summary: The Fiber Draw Technician is responsible for operating and maintaining fiber draw towers to produce high-performance optical fiber from glass preforms. This role ensures consistent fiber geometry, coating quality, and optical performance while meeting Coherent’s safety, quality, and productivity standards. The candidate should be able to train on 1st or 2nd shift for the first 4 months before starting on 3rd shift. Shift differential is 15% when on 3rd shift.
