Press Bay Coordinator – Metalsa Hopkinsville Metalsa is seeking a Press Bay Coordinator to implement, supervise, and manage press operations at our Hopkinsville facility, ensuring alignment of policies, training, forecasting, and processes to deliver on-time, at the lowest cost, through continuous improvement. This role oversees all press operations, driving daily production performance, safety compliance, quality standards, and financial results in partnership with the Area Manager. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's in engineering or business related with 5 to 8 years of experience in a Press Area salary role and 3 to 5 years of experience as a Press Operations Manager, along with strong technical knowledge of stamping, quality systems, lean manufacturing, and cross-functional leadership.
