Telecommunications Operations Lead

The Lead Operations Specialist is responsible for coordinating and driving day-to-day operational flow across shelter assembly, cable assembly, and network testing to meet throughput, quality, and safety objectives. This role focuses on cross-functional planning, priority setting, escalation management, and continuous improvement, working closely with Assembly Leads, vendors, Industrial Engineering, Quality, and other stakeholders to remove barriers to production and accelerate workflows. The role does not have direct supervisory responsibility for labor; rather it ensures consistent execution through coordination, standards, and independent judgment
