About The Role
- Acompanhar o recebimento de carnes, verificando quantidade e qualidade das carnes; 2. Armazenar os diferentes tipos de carnes, por meio de câmaras específicas para evitar possíveis perdas; 3. Retalhar as peças conforme as necessidades e variedade de corte, por meio de equipamentos e técnicas adequadas; 4. Realizar o controle de refrigeração nas câmeras frigoríferas, por meio de equipamentos específicos; 5. Executar a higiene periodicamente e organizar o setor, a fim de evitar acidentes e proliferação de pragas; 6. Zelar pela conservação, limpeza e segurança dos equipamentos relacionados ao trabalho. 7. Garantir a produção para abastecimento de produtos na área de venda.
