Sharjah Maritime Academy (SMA) invites applications for the position of Associate Professor / Professor in Maritime Operations within the College of International Transport & Logistics. The Academy seeks an accomplished academic and industry professional with expertise in maritime operations and risk management, port and terminal logistics, maritime economics and finance, international maritime regulations, and digital transformation within the maritime sector. The successful candidate will contribute to SMA's vision of developing future maritime leaders through excellence in teaching, research, industry engagement, and academic leadership. The candidate is expected to deliver high-quality postgraduate teaching, supervise applied research projects, contribute to curriculum development, and undertake impactful research aligned with the UAE Maritime Vision and global maritime industry priorities.
