Area Sales Manager

Eligibility Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master’s from an HEC-recognized institution/university. Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage. Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience Skills Required : Sales & Marketing Strategy Business Development & Growth Regulatory & Unsecured Product Knowledge Leadership & Team Management Responsibilities: Managing a team of RO’s & RM’s within the assigned region Motivating branches and direct sales teams to achieve monthly assigned targets. Guiding branches on processes, documentation, and after-sales support through regular branch visits. Maintaining MIS, responding to branch queries, and managing product delivery and safekeeping. Coordinating unsecured financing cases while supporting team management and operational activities.
