As a Room Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering a memorable guest experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. Your attention to detail helps create a consistently fresh and welcoming environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Providing prompt, attentive, and professional service when responding to guest requests. • Cleaning and servicing guest rooms, suites, and bathrooms in line with brand standards, including check-out cleans, turndown service, and deep cleaning of rooms. • Ensuring all rooms are presented, with a strong focus on detail, and luxury finishing touches. • Report maintenance issues accurately and promptly. • Collaborating effectively with the wider Housekeeping team to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional service delivery. • Demonstrating pride in your work by consistently upholding brand standards and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
