Job Purpose As a Commis I – Pastry & Bakery, you will support the Pastry & Bakery team in the preparation, production, and presentation of high-quality desserts, baked goods, breads, pastries, and confectionery items. You will ensure all products are prepared consistently in accordance with IHG brand standards, recipes, food safety regulations, and guest expectations while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
