Facility Supervisor

The Facility Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and service delivery of Retal’s facilities, covering both hard services (MEP systems & Civil Works) and soft services (Hospitality, housekeeping, security, landscaping, pest control ... etc.). The role ensures that all facilities are safe, functional, compliant, and well-maintained, while delivering high-quality services that enhance occupant experience, operational efficiency, and asset value. The Facility Supervisor acts as a key coordinator between internal stakeholders, service providers, and contractors.
