Senior Account Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Account Manager to join our marketing agency in Saudi Arabia.
The Senior Account Manager will act as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring strong relationships, successful campaign delivery, account growth, and close collaboration between clients and internal creative, digital, media, and strategy teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key agency clients across Saudi Arabia.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned accounts.
• Understand clients' business objectives and translate them into clear marketing strategies and briefs.
• Manage accounts within the SaaS, technology, B2B, and digital product sectors.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, campaign reviews, and strategic discussions.
• Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with client objectives.
• Coordinate with creative, content, social media, performance marketing, media buying, production, and strategy teams.
• Ensure campaigns and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Manage client expectations and proactively address challenges or potential issues.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing accounts.
• Support business development initiatives, proposals, pitches, and presentations when required.
• Manage account budgets, quotations, scopes of work, and commercial agreements.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the Saudi market, consumer behavior, digital trends, and competitive landscape.
• Prepare regular account reports, performance updates, and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth.
• 5–8+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or a similar role.
• Strong experience working within a marketing, advertising, digital, or creative agency.
• Proven experience managing clients and campaigns in the Saudi Arabian market is essential.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, branding, performance marketing, and campaign management.
• Proven ability to manage large and complex client accounts.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience growing existing client accounts through upselling or cross-selling.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate client requirements into actionable briefs for internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Strong understanding of Saudi culture, business practices, and market dynamics.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• Existing experience working with major Saudi brands or organizations.
• Previous experience handling SaaS, technology, software, or B2B accounts.
• Experience with SaaS customer journeys, lead-generation campaigns, subscription businesses, or B2B marketing.
• Experience managing integrated campaigns across digital, social media, creative, branding, and performance channels.
