Manager I Program & Project Management

Leads a team responsible for managing the execution of enterprise programs and business projects by overseeing planning, coordination, and delivery of workstreams and tasks. Translates strategic objectives and project goals into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with governance standards, delivery frameworks, and timelines. Partners with business units, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to monitor progress, resolve issues, manage risks, and support change initiatives and operational improvements. Develops and mentors team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Reports to a Manager II or higher.
